Our agreement with instructors is via a one-year renewable contract. After successful completion of the first year, the contract may be renewed by mutual agreement. Your contract starting date will depend upon the position to which you are assigned. A completion bonus is available for full-time instructors after the contract is completed. The amount depends upon a Year-end Evaluation.
- Competitive salaries are offered, ranging from JPY 260,000 to 280,000 per month, based on educational background.
- Full compensation for commuting expenses to and from your school.
- An overtime allowance is provided for work beyond the designated working schedules.

- Japanese language education allowance
- A partial airfare allowance is granted upon arrival. (Overseas candidates only)
- An interest-free loan is provided, to a maximum of JPY 50,000 to assist with relocation costs. (Overseas candidates only)
* We encourage teachers to gain a better understanding of Japanese language and culture by reimbursing partial tuition fees for studies at a Japanese language school.
* Staff that have qualified for the Japanese fluence examination receive an allowance every month.
